Our mobile team provide regular, ongoing support to people in their home and/or the community. We understand that each situation is unique so we tailor the support to you.

Te Kākano Hauora is located in the east of Ōtautahi, not far from Ōtakaro and a few metres across the road from the main entrance to Woodham Park. The space opened in early 2022 and is well utilised, most notably as the home of our Te Oranga Activities programmes.
